Year in Review, 2022: illustration / flyers I made this year

Illustrations / flyers I made this year

Illustration has always been a tool in my belt for my creative work. I draw all the time. I use it for my sketch process, or I use it storyboards for animations. It’s pretty crucial. When I first started doing design work back in 2010, I used to make flyers for a local venue in my city. I should revisit those some day. They were very early design work for me. They had a lot of flaws, but also a lot of my character and drive were in those flyers. This year, I was commissioned to make flyers again to help promote events for Lucky Nick’s Pizza. This was a great experience that really ignited my love for illustrating posters. Here are some of the ones I made this year:
